Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Interview

The first interview will be with our hiring team (our director, hiring line manager and HR manager). 
Stage 2

DISC Assessment

If your CV and skills are reviewed to go further in the recruitment process, you will be invited to fill in a DISC personal profile, to confirm or deny further dialogue. The DISC profile is a supplementary information to the interview process, and never stands alone. 
Stage 3

DISC Feedback Session

You will be invited to a 1 hour feedback session with an external consultant, an expert within DISC profiles and feedback. The result and a summary of the DISC feedback session will be shared with the hiring team and HR.  
Stage 4

Offer

If we wish to offer you the job, we will send you a job offer within a few days after the final interviews and assessments have been completed. We will need your reply within a 7 day notice.
